All items are PREORDER items. Products depicted have not yet been produced. Items shown are mock-ups and final products may vary slightly.

Shipping is estimated to be in approximately March 2026, but may take less or more time depending on manufacturing and shipping delays, Chinese New Year, and the state of American tariffs and customs. Please follow our SOCIAL MEDIA pages for updates on our production progress!

Items will be shipped from the United States (and therefore US customers will not be subjected to customs fees). If purchasing from a country that requires additional shipping information (ie Mexico), please provide it in a note or message us. We will reach out to you if missing information, but cannot guarantee your items if they are not provided. Preorders are the only way to ensure you can purchase a product; we cannot promise stock of any individual item at leftover sales. We are not responsible for any necessary import or customs fees (eg VAT fees). These must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen packages. Refunds will NOT be accepted after the preorder window closes. We are willing to discuss replacement of any items significantly flawed or broken upon delivery due to manufacturer error, but if your request includes more than one 3D item (ie charms), more than two 2D items (ie stickers, prints), or the mochikororin plush, we ask that you include an unboxing video showing the damage occurred prior to unboxing. Any such requests must be made at least four weeks before the leftover period, after which remaining products will be reserved for leftover sales.
