Returns and refunds

Absolutely no refunds will be offered after the preorder period concludes. We do not offer returns. In the event that an item arrives seriously damaged, we would be happy to discuss potential replacements. However, if this is more than two 2D items or one 3D item (or the mochikororin plush) please include an unboxing video so that we can ensure the product arrived damaged. As this is a charity project that will have finite stock from a single run, we cannot absolutely guarantee replacements, but we will do our best within reason!
